The next meeting of the Springfield Writers' Guild
wil be held at 1:00 PM May 26, 2012 at the
Heritage Cafeteria 1364 E. Battlefield (at Fremont)
Springfield, MO. A mentor/critique hour meets
at 11:00 AM.
Both meetings are open to the public.
Come and join the Springfield Writers' Guild in

Annual SWG dues are $15.00 ($7.50 from July through
December meetings for new members).

To encourage local writers in their craft
Provide mutual support among members
Encourage aspiring writers to become published
writers
Recruit members into the Missouri Writers' Guild
Encourage writers in the marketing of their
literary material for payment.
The Guild accomplishes this by emphasizing
mentoring, genre interest, motivation and
publishing of its members.
